In the bowl of a stank mixer cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and egg.
In a separate bowl mix baking soda, salt, and flour evenly. Add to mixer, and mix until just combined. Turn mixer off and fold in chocolate chunks and snickers bites (use a sturdy spatula or it might break!)
Chill dough for one hour, or overnight (Optional as I did not chill my dough the first batch and they were nearly identical)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using 2 heaping Tablespoons per cookie, form cookie dough balls and arrange on a prepared baking sheet, lined with parchment paper if not non-stick.
For extra large cookies bake approximately 14 minutes, for smaller cookies bake approximately 10 minutes. Cookies will appear slightly doughy in the middle when taken out of the oven and will continue baking on the sheet afterward.
